Purpose of the Skills Program
A Learning and Development Facilitator plans, selects and adapts learning resources required for the delivery of learning interventions in an occupational context.
Methodology
The skills program can be presented at the client’s venue if a group needs to be trained. A classroom is available for face-to-face training, and online classes can be scheduled. A Learner Management System (LMS) is used to capture the evidence of Portfolios and Assignments.
