This service is focused on supporting the Skills Development Provider (SDP) in improving their SDP business with a customised LMS.

The process steps to obtain an LMS:

Step 1: Determine the needs of the SDP in terms of an LMS

Step 2: Proposal submission & Acceptance (Quote system)

Step 3: Design LMS platform

Step 4: Arrange Support SLA

Step 5: Train SDP staff in the use of LMS

Step 6: Implement LMS

2. Accreditation Preparation Training courses

This service is focused on providing training on what to do to get accredited as an SDP in the QCTO environment. The applicant SDP attends a series of guidance lectures online to take them through the steps of accreditation.

The process steps to attend the training:

Step 1: Determine the need for what type of training is required

Step 2: Proposal submission & Acceptance (Quote System)

Step 3: Subscribe to the LMS to start with the training program.
