Purpose of the Skills Program

The skills program is to develop the skills, knowledge and attitude of the learner to successfully establish their own Tour Operator Business. This course is not to seek employment with a Tour Operator but to establish your own Tour Operator business.

Methodology

The skills program can be presented at the client’s venue if a group needs to be trained. A classroom is available for face-to-face training, and online classes can be scheduled. A Learner Management System (LMS) is used to capture the evidence of Portfolios and Assignments.

10 days as scheduled in a rollout of the Skills Program. See diagram Fig. 1 above.
