Purpose of the Skills Program
A Work-Based Learning and Development Practitioner plans for, conducts and administers work-based learning interventions.
Methodology
The skills program can be presented at the client’s venue if a group needs to be trained. A classroom is available for face-to-face training, and online classes can be scheduled. A Learner Management System (LMS) is used to capture the evidence of Portfolios and Assignments.

38 days as scheduled in a rollout of the Skills Program (30 Credits)
